VETERANS CRISIS RELIEF FUND PAC
TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

The Veterans Crisis Relief Fund, also known as American Coalition for Crisis Relief PAC, is an independent

expenditure only political committee (not a charity) established and regulated under section 527 of the

federal tax code. Our hope is to see more candidates elected to congress that support our nation’s U.S.

Veterans and raise awareness about Veterans legislation. We hope to accomplish this goal through a

combination of efforts, including but not limited to, telephone outreach, direct mail, and digital marketing

campaigns.

Our calling campaign aims to inform and empower individuals to make their voices heard and help elect

leaders who advocate for policy changes that benefit the Veterans community. We use professionals to

help us to accomplish these goals. Some paid contractors may use sub-contractors to help consolidate the

costs and administrative labor of achieving these goals.

We want to be transparent about our financial practices and the allocation of funds within our organization.

When you make a contribution, we want you to know that a minimum of 90 cents of every dollar will

be dedicated to covering our fundraising costs and outreach efforts. These costs may include essential

expenses such as telephone outreach costs, printed material, postage, mail processing services, courier

service, accounting services, and other operational necessities used to ensure a successful campaign.

By ensuring that a significant portion of each contribution is allocated to fundraising, we can reach a

wider audience, raise awareness about our cause, and generate the necessary resources to support

our mission. While we strive to keep these costs as low as possible, it is important to acknowledge

that fundraising activities play a crucial role in sustaining our organization and allowing us to make

a lasting impact.

Please bear in mind that as a Political Action Committee, we advocate for the election of candidates that

support our nation’s Veterans, and by informing voters of their needs and asking them to take action. This

is our only purpose, we do not give money or financial support to any person or Veterans organization as

we are not a charity. We also do not in any way give money or directly coordinate with any candidates or

elected officials as that could be a violation of laws that limit or prohibit contributions by an incorporated

entity. Any contribution to our organization is not tax-deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.

Should you ever wish to request a refund, we kindly ask you to provide us with a copy of a canceled

check, or proof of credit card charge, and we will promptly process your refund. Our commitment to you

is to handle such requests immediately, ensuring that you have complete confidence and control over

your contribution.

Thank you again for your support, together we can make a difference!!
