Florida Registration

Use this guide to successfully register with the State of Florida as a Paid Circulator.

This step is separate from the background check and does NOT mean that you are guaranteed to work. Background checks are MANDATORY and will determine your work eligibility.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE

REGISTER

You will need to Register with the State of Florida as a Paid Circulator. It is a free, 10 minute process.

After creating your login, please check your email to finish your registration

Allow 1-2 business days for access.

MANAGE INTITIAVE

Once you have been granted access, you an login to view and download the petition.

Click MANAGE INITIATIVES

Then look for 25-01 and ADD

Then click VIEW

Proceed to download PDF.

SEND US A COPY

Once you've downloaded the petition, please send the blank copy to:

Please put your full name in the subject line of you email.

REGISTRATION TIPS

When registering with the state of Florida as a Paid Petitioner/Circulator, they will ask you for your address.

Please follow the directions below to avoid your application being denied and having to resubmit.

RESIDENCE/ADDRESS HELP:

Please put your address EXACTLY as it appears on your ID
Don't forget to put your apartment number at the end of the address (if needed)

If USPS uses "St" instead of "Street" -- it makes a difference. Put what USPS uses.

NON-FLORIDA / TRAVELING PETITIONER:

Put your actual address on permanent address following the rules above.
