New Hire Paperwork / Getting Started

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

DIRECTIONS:

You will need to complete each step before you can begin working, starting with the Background Check. There are no exceptions to the rule. Please do the steps in order. If you are confident that you will pass the background check, you can continue to Steps 2-4 today. 

 

You must wait 1-2 days for your Background Check results to come back via email. You must also wait 1-2 days for your Paid Petitioner/Circulator Registration results to come back from the state of Florida via email. Registration is free and takes 15 minutes to complete.

More information on how to properly complete the Onboarding Process (new hire paperwork) is in our Mandatory Virtual Orientation - held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time. (Orientations are 60 minutes long.)

Background Check
(Mandatory)

As part of the onboarding process, we conduct mandatory background checks, and you can expect results within 2 to48 hours. You'll receive a text and/or email notification once the results are available.

Submit W9 & Independent Contractor Agreement

Please submit your W-9 form and check your email to sign the independent contractor agreement It's important to complete these steps to ensure a smooth Onboarding process.

Orientation (MANDATORY)

If you already attended Virtual Orientation with a hiring manager, please skip this step.​

Register with Department of Elections (Florida)

To start as a Paid Circulator in Florida, register with the Department of Elections. It's free, takes 10 minutes, and is a one-time requirement.

Badge Photo

Please email us a mandatory badge photo, which must be a clear face shot. This badge must be worn in the field at times. If your photo does not clearly show your face, you will need to redo this step.

Complete !!

You are ready to come into the Miami or Pompano office to pick up your badge, full text, and petitions. We will also show you how to clock in/out of your shifts and log work.

Please bring a government issued Photo ID and a smile !
