Starting something new can feel overwhelming, but at A&A Telecomm Call Center, we make it simple and straightforward. From completing your paperwork to attending orientation and diving into training, we guide you every step of the way so you always know what’s coming next.

 

Our goal is to make sure you feel confident, prepared, and supported as you join our team. By keeping the process clear and organized, we help you hit the ground running—and set you up for long-term success with us.

Onboarding: Next Steps

Step 1

Fill out NEXT STEP FORM (below)

You will need to fill out the form below. After the form has been submitted - check your email in 60 minutes.

BEGIN ASSESSMENTS

(fill out form below first)

You will need to login to the Arise Portal to complete your Assessments:

Once complete, please move to Step 2

AFTER ASSESSMENTS:

ATTEND ORIENTATION

You will need to schedule MANDATORY Orientation (ONLY IF YOU PASSED ASSESSMENTS):

AFTER ORIENTATION:

ENROLL IN TRAINING

You will need to visit the Help Desk when you are ready to enroll in training:
