​How Do I Place An Order?​

You can place your order online or by telephone. Please use a valid email address - your confirmation number(s) and receipt will be sent here. We use Paypal Shopping Cart to process all of our online orders. If this is your first time placing a graphic design or print order, please ask us for our process so you are completely informed on the process. People doing custom apparel orders are urged to ask as many questions as possible to become as informed as you can about industry standards and expectations. We do not offer irregulars, therefore, our quality production takes time. Do not expect custom apparel next day.

​How Do I Know When My Order Is Available For Pickup?​

Your representative will contact you via email, phone, and/or text, based on your preferences. You can pick up your items at the agreed upon date and time. Our main shipment center is in Miami Lakes, Florida (33014). If you are not dealing with a sales representative, this is where you will pick up your items upon completion. You will also receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please make sure to set an appointment for PICK UP by

​How Do I Know The Status Of My Order?​

You will be given a deadline when you place your order. If anything arises during production that will delay your project, we will let you know immediately. Otherwise, your order will be ready on the day that is written on your receipt, invoice and/or email/text communications. There is no guaranteed day and time for orders placed unless otherwise stated in writing on your receipt or invoice at the time of purchase. 

 

Please do not call us daily to check on the status of your order, as this only slows down production time for everyone, you included. If we are answering the phones all day to simply tell you (and everyone else) the same thing we told you the day you placed the order, we lose hours of working time that can be used to GET YOUR ORDER DONE QUICKLY! So feel free to call if you'd like, but do not be bothered if your items are ready a few hours/days late. 

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency for us! Please plan your projects accordingly. If we aim to get your project done in less than the normal production time, please take into consideration that we did not/nor do not have to provide a courtesy rush (FOR FREE) because you were ill prepared. Standard Rush Orders are normally subject to additional fees. Rush orders placed during seasonal peaks are subject to additional fees. 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options/Shipping 

Paypal makes it easy for both the shopper and us (the company) to process all orders safe and securely.  We accept all major credit/debit cards and even some prepaid gift cards. Paypal now offers financing options for all orders over $99, with no interest if paid in full within 6 months (Paypal approval required).  For more information CLICK HERE.

We use Paypal for all of our orders. Standard shipping is 2-3 Day Priority Shipping via USPS for all shipments to addresses in the USA. For overnight shipping, please follow instructions during checkout for final price. All shipments are sent from our main office located at 235 Peachtree Street #400, Atlanta GA 30303 or 5881 nw 151 street, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.



Uploading Media 

To send us your media (songs. videos, artwork, etc) please CLICK HERE !!

NOTE: You may need a computer to access the media files for upload. In the event that you have to upload each media file one by one via cell phone, please remember to include your name & phone number and in the message box of EACH upload.

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns or refunds on ANY custom orders - no exceptions. Custom orders cannot be used for resale and therefore cannot receive a refund. Any misspelled words due to YOUR negligence will not be reimbursed. Please check the spelling on every thing sent to us.
